I know, I know, every Mommy loves to brag about their child or children. I had to brag today about Cameron and how smart he is becoming. Last night I cut Cameron's hair as well as Shawn's and afterwards I had to give Cameron a bath to get all of the hair off him. Before I forget make sure to check out my next week's Not Me! Monday posts (pretty funny). Anyway, let me continue on with the bragging. I was getting Cameron's jammies ready along with a diaper and off we went up the stairs. Every single time we go up stairs I always make sure to count with him and last night was no exception. The only difference is that he decided to start counting all by himself and Shawn and I were shocked by what we heard. We knew that he could count to 5, but when he started counting after that we were amazed by how smart he was. It is amazing when you see such a small child know so much. He is smart and he is learning more and more everyday. We sometimes think he is too smart for his own good, but that will be a positive for him as he continues to grow. I think every parents wishes only the best for their little ones and even though we love to keep them small, we still wish only the best for our children. Mommy is so proud of you Cameron. I love you more and more every single day!!

Awww...they are like little sponges at that age and they take in so much more than we give them credit for. What a smart cookie you have there. keep up the counting. I love to hear my little guy count too. Cracks me up how out of sorts the numbers get past 13. Hee hee. Just wait.

They are such a blessing!
Every new thing they learn always brings so much joy to my heart. Especially as their teacher and Mom. I love watching them get excited too when they learned a new skill. Precious moments and memories!

Way to go Cameron! And brag away Mommy! What a joy our children are ~ such blessings from the Lord.
((hugs)) to you today!
Brag away, Girl! I love to hear these stories. When Thing was learning she used to say, "twelveteen". I didn't even want to correct her because it was so cute. :)
