An Apple Picking Good Day

We decided to pick some apples this weekend so we went to an Apple Orchard in the next town to pick apples.  I must say that Cameron loved it.  He wanted to pick one, try one, pick one, and try one.  It was so cute to watch him.  That is one of the many things that I love about being a Mom.  Just to watch your child’s eyes light up as they explore something new is so much fun and a true blessing.  Here are some pictures that I took of him picking apples.  Yep, we definitely found a favorite and if you haven’t tried a Honeycrisp apple then it is a must try!!  They are soooo yummy!!

Yep, I would say he tried quite a few and this one he is eating is a Honeycrisp.  Hope you all enjoyed the trip to the apple orchard.  It was definitely fun for us!

That is one of the things I miss most since we moved to AZ from MI! They have very few apple orchards and pumpkin patches where we are, you have to go a few hours north! Great memories of fun family time! He is such a cutie! Hope ya'll are feeling better soon!

Wow--it looks like you had a wonderful time. I sure wish the students that I teach could experience going to an apple farm. Thanks for sharing pics of Cameron!

Yummy! I have wanted to take some time myself to go and find an orchard around here. Home grown apples are just one of life's best treats! When Scott and I go to the grain elevator to take a load of beans or corn in, they usually have many large crates with orchard apples in them. They are very good and something that I look forward to doing in the fall, besides all of the tractors and harvest going on. :)

Just like you, these are the moments that I dream about and experiences that I want for when Scott and I are prayerfully blessed with our miracle. :)

Love and hugs,
Stacey
