Have you ever thought to yourself that you wanna go back when it comes to raising a child? Well, let me just tell you that I wish that Cameron was 2 again. These horrific 3’s are very close to sending me over the edge (lol). Seriously though… Cameron has had selective hearing for some time now, doesn’t want to listen to me, talks back and well the list goes on. He is definitely a challenge to say the least. We had really been cracking down on him and trying our best to get him to listen, but it is super frustrating to say the least. I remember when he was 2 years old and he just wanted to be so helpful, he would listen and never talk back and he was as good as gold and now… well, we myswell just toss that whole idea out the window. Any of you have any suggestions? I am definitely ready to hear anything and everything and try it out.
I will leave you with a few recent pictures of Cameron. Of course these were taken when he wasn’t being a little monster ☺
I also thought I would share some pictures of our new addition. Yep, we bought Cameron a puppy for his 3rd Birthday. Cameron picked out his name and we just brought him home this weekend. Please take a moment and say hello to Qbert. Yep, that was the name that Cameron gave him. I haven’t a clue where he gave him that name, but we thought it was cute and since it was his puppy…well, he got to name him. He is a miniature schnauzer just in case you all were wondering. Here are some pics. I must say that he is a great puppy. Great with children, such a relaxed and mellow little fellow and we have just been enjoying him so much MINUS the crying at night. I am sure that in time that will be a thing of the past, but we will deal with it for now.
Hope you enjoyed meeting our new addition!!
Until Next Time… Lisa

Good to read a post from you. 2's and 3's where not bad for Stunt Man...but 4 has been awful. He is so challenging everyday. But I love him just the same. It will soon pass & then I will miss this age again.
That is the cutest puppy. WE have one too now. A doggie...not a puppy, but we love her just the same too:)
Qbert...what a CUTE name! Cameron thought of such an adorable name. Sorry he has been a handful lately...praying it will not last too long.
Cute puppy too!
Lisa :)
I would say whatever discipline method you are using the key is to be consistent. Even when it's hard and you are tired and you don't want to get off the couch because for crying out loud it's the first time you've sat down all day and now you have to put him in time out....do it! Kids are masters at breaking us down and eventually getting their way. We just have to show them that no no no....our way is the only way. Another thing we've learned is to pick our battles. There are certain things that our kids do that annoy us, but they aren't really horrible things so we just let it go and before you know it they stop doing it. You are a great mom and before you know it Cameron will be back to his cute lovely self.
it was great to see a post from you it has been awhile.oh and i have a question how do you get the words on your pics to protect them and show ownership of pics thanks in advance for any help you can offer
